I am big fond of coconut oil and have been using coconut oil not only for food wise but also as my skin & hair treatments for quite a long time but I recently found out that coconut oil also works as Sunscreen !
many of you must know the commercial sunscreens are really really bad for us that the chemicals in the sunscreens are toxic. I have bought organic sunscreen for my son but still didn't feel right and Sun is not our enemy that we must not block our sun !
