Many of you know the benefits of Turmeric, and I also have been adding to our food at home ... but I recently found out Turmeric is not only for internal intake/use but also works outside ! ... that I also have started adding to the coconut oil for our skins. I add a tiny bit in the coconuts oil for our faces and bit more for our body. and as I suspected/expected, Turmeric also repel bugs ! that I can add to my Sun Screen Bug Repellant I make in Summer. ... it stains on your clothes so think ahead what to wear when you apply Turmeric on your skin. ... and just make sure the ingredients are Organic !

We have been seeing these jet streams that linger in our sky, Chemtrails, yet majority seem to just have been ignoring, and that if we spoke about it then just dismissed by the words "Conspiracy Theory" ... We are not talking about a theory, but reality, and those of us who are labeled as conspiracy theorists are, in fact, simply truth seekers who ACTUALLY CARE, ... and by me saying it is not that the rest of us just don't care but I also would like to point out what you really care. Do you really care about the world & our children ? ... or unknowingly indulging your insecurity (fear) that don't recognize the avoidance & denial within ?   We the truth seekers (some refer themselves Truthers) are not fearmongers, in fact, as you begin to learn the truth & the LIES, you become stronger. Knowledge holds such power & the Light (Enlightenment) that is why "they" want to be & in fact, have been hiding & erasing the True Knowledge from us. NSA is about surveillance, thus, we in fear would speak & discuss less & less to keep (maintain) us apathy & ignorant in fear of powerlessness.  ... We really can't fix a problem unless we know the problem.

(tribute to John Lennon, who was assassinated on Dec 8th 1980)

I didn't meet the walrus, however, it was when I was 12 yrs old, I first time listened to the Beatles. I was born & grew up in a country where not many people listened to the music that were written by "foreign people" but our generation was "kids now a day", whose parents experienced a war, and lived in "Americanized pop culture" with no clue of wars, simply the convenience & the modernization were there and even enriching & indulging the mind set of "Lack" & "Waste".  I didn't understand English but I guess the music needs no languages and grab our spirits, and that as soon as I heard their music, I right away recognized the voice of John Lennon.  I had no idea what they were singing about but his voice reached the heart of a 12 yr old girl, the voice held such caring Love.  and I didn't know I would be growing the similar care for the world as John held (I am sure he still does) that his spirit is still alive in my spirit (& of course, in so very many people's) ... I also have a moon in Aquarius and Mars in Libra (11th house) as John's moon in Aquarius (11th house) and Mars in Libra, I wonder if that is the part of the reason that I resonate with him ...

Recently, one of my very close friends has passed, he was murdered.... anyone who know him were just being puzzled as he was one of the most caring loving people you would have met, ... murder and him just didn't connect.  There still seems much investigation going on, that I shouldn't disclose any info regards his death.  ... His death feels no consequence just out of the blue (maybe, death simply feels that way) ... and that I have been in the great shock & grief yet just know it is meant to be, he is such a soul, and that I would like to share his soul story in honor of his ascending ... and also in my hope to contribute to anyone's understanding of what we are ...

 ... this has been ... hasn't it.

I am big fond of coconut oil and have been using coconut oil not only for food wise but also as my skin & hair treatments for quite a long time but I recently found out that coconut oil also works as Sunscreen !

many of you must know the commercial sunscreens are really really bad for us that the chemicals in the sunscreens are toxic. I have bought organic sunscreen for my son but still didn't feel right and Sun is not our enemy that we must not block our sun !

there have been a group(s) of people who have been working on the Disclosure of ET presence in our universe, who are so close & related to our planet, and those Earth people are releasing their long worked film " Sirius The Movie" today !


I have not watched it yet so there is not much I can say about the film. but I must say, this movement is one of the most the Power Elite wish to dismiss & eliminate. ... many of those who are not believers of ET presence simply conclude ET as some kind of fairy tales, and even those of us who believe in the existence of ET think it is about the life on/in another planet or dimension, and even those of you who are into politics don't tend to connect with ET/UFO stuff with our governments and put ET/UFO in "paranormal" category, ... but we must know why the power elite has been working so hard to hide the facts from us is for their ugly selfish reasons ...
